PRIVACY POLICY
Mobifree secures your personal information from unauthorized access, use or disclosure. Mobifree secures the personal information you provide on computer servers in a controlled, secure environment, protected from unauthorized access, use or disclosure.
When personal information (such as a credit card number or personal data) is transmitted to other websites, it is protected through the use of encryption, such as the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
All codes are delivered to the e-mail address specified during ordering. If selected, you may also get the code by SMS Text (No additionnal charge -- your wireless carrier may charge a fee to receive this SMS Text).

Unless otherwise specified, the turnaround time for unlock codes are 24 business hours from the FIRST business hour after the order is placed AND payment is completed by the buyer.
In many cases, unlock codes have been generated in under 5 minutes.
On average, most codes are generated within 6 hours. We always aim to deliver your unlock code within 24 hours. In some rare cases, the code may take longer than 24 hours.
Any delivery time we state is an estimate based on past experience only. Codes can take varying timescales to be calcualted and delays, while rare, can occur.
REFUND POLICY
All sales are final! Any consideration given to a return or credit is handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us for all inquiries.
Refunds will only be issued if VIDEO proof code not being accepted is provided to Mobifree by the buyer. The video must be a single conitnuous un-edited file that includes: the IMEI of the phone to which unlock code was purchased, the code being entered as per Mobifree's instructions and the code error on phone (clearly displayed in the video)
In the event that you get a code error, there are a few things you should first check:
- Did you read the instructions prior to entering your code?
- Did you type the code correctly?
- Did you provide us with the correct information when placing your order?
Refunds WILL NOT be issued for user error during ordering, obtaining of IMEI from their device or code entry.
